Travel Vaccinations

When you are preparing for vacation, don’t forget to think about your health!  Make sure you have packed enough of your prescription medications, as well as any over-the-counter products, for the duration of your trip.  It’s also good practice to include a few extra days, just in case your travel plans get delayed.  No one likes sitting in an airport when flights have been cancelled.  The last thing you need to be worrying about is your medication!

 

Your Super Thrifty pharmacist is also trained in giving vaccinations required for your vacation*.  It is a good idea to talk with your pharmacist prior to your vacation in order to discuss which vaccinations may be required and the timing of these vaccinations.  Some are required to be taken months before your travel, so as soon as you have a trip booked, call or visit Super Thrifty Pharmacy!
